Keeping with the theme of small groups, here is another resource that Rob Matchett (Small Group Guru of Grace Fellowship in Katy, TX) shared with me - 20 Tips For Successful Small Group Leadership by Michael Zigarelli.  While it doesn’t handle all the questions a small group leader may ask, it does touch on big-picture dynamics that will help them shape a positive environment for their members.  Tomorrow I will share another resource that takes seriously the issue of training small group leaders - Alpha.  We will talk with Dave Short of Campus Alpha about their study, especially when it comes to picking and training leaders for small groups.
